Understand the business requirement or the downstream process requirement
Must have experience in Informatica Power Center using various transformation, ETL framework and Design/ Development along with hands on experience with Informatica cloud preferred
Should have working experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services IICS components - application integration, data integration, Informatica data quality and Informatica power center
Must have working knowledge in handling various source/target systems including XML/Flat files/Databases using PowerCenter/Informatica IICS file Ingestion
Monitor throughout the project delivery life cycle in order to manage the scope, schedule, and cost for IT projects
Ensure development guide and best practice for developing Power Center solutions are followed
Review functional and technical specifications prepared by vendors
Review test scope, test approach, and test strategies
Manage defects closing during the SIT and UAT
Liaise with infrastructure team on nonproduction and production infrastructure and environments
Maintain the application domain knowledge for Power Center, drive the team to maintain awareness of technology trends to ensure the delivery of best practices
Fix production defect
Required Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer or IT or other computer related disciplines
4-7 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale
Experience in information management, data warehousing and analytics technologies is required
Knowledge of Data Modeling tools such as ER Studio and Erwin 2 www.nicesoftwaresolutions.com
Experience in development of enterprise Conceptual, Logical and Physical data models (Enterprise Data Models)
Experience in writing SQL queries
Strong Testing Experience
Advantage to have Cloud Data Quality, On Prem /Cloud MDM
Advantage to have knowledge of any Cloud based DB technology solution delivery engagements
SQL Server expertise
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
