Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Handle end to end sales conversion across multiple continents including us, Europe, APAC etc.
  • Should effectively manage internal co- ordination with the web marketing team to assist them for various marketing campaigns.
  • Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries for research and consulting services.
  • Maximize revenues from the existing key accounts through up- selling, cross- selling and should nurture the old accounts.
  • Shall help in developing proposals/ business case/ presentations to the clients, pitching in for the expected research content by the clients, based on your experience.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status.
  • Should possess the required business acumen to understand the importance of customer relationship management.

Required Skills:

  • We are looking for individual with 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales in data analytics / Business Intelligence Industry.
  • The person should be able to take over the mix of existing accounts and new sales in the territory.
  • To excel in this role one should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
